Giveaway: Valentine's Day

Yay for second giveaway!! The theme for this mini giveaway is Valentine's Day, and the prizes I'm giving away is all you need to do valentines day nail art. I recently found out a place that sell these cute japanese nail accessory in Richmond. So I picked up a few and included one in this giveaway.
